Click on the PROPERTIES tab to gain access to all active listings on our local area Multiple Listing Service. Registration as a first-time user is easy. Your name and email is all you need. The other information (including phone number) is preferred but optional. This service is a great resource for potential buyers and also for sellers who are interested in seeing what the competition is like in their area.

Once registered, your email address is your log-in. The Quick Search option allows you to search by zip-code or up to five multiple cities/communities via criteria including min/max price, property type (single family residence, condo, etc.), number of bedrooms/bathrooms and other parameters. After you complete a search, you have an option to name and save it and receive emailed updates when new properties are listed or existing listings are modified that fall within your specified criteria. When viewing properties, you will have access to photographs, virtual tours (if available), location maps and local area information pertaining to population demographics, schools, climate, financial/employment data and nearby amenities.

In our current real estate market, there are three primary types of properties that are available. These include non-distressed homes (i.e. non short sale or foreclosures), short sales (seller is either upside down on their mortgage or very close to being upside down when factoring in closing costs and will owe the bank more than what they can sell the home for) and bank-owned foreclosures. Please click on the following link - SHORT SALES - for an informational flyer regarding the short sale process and what sellers in such a situation and their real estate brokers and agents are tasked with in attempting to gain bank approval on a short sale. Click on the following link - FORECLOSURES - to view a map based platform that will allow you to view listings for foreclosed homes throughout San Diego County.
